Hi! I’m Susan. I am an avid reader, a Mah Jongg instructor, a community nonprofit volunteer, and an accidental author. My roots are in Pennsylvania Dutch country, but I grew up in a small southern textile town in northern North Carolina. My husband and I retired to Cortez, Florida, a fishing community that connects Bradenton and Anna Maria Island on the Gulf of Mexico. Very well written with good unity, coherence and proportion in each anecdote. The anecdotes are well-chosen and illustrate the theme that God is there when we need Him–if we ask.
